Software End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading or licensing software from Thomas Hayes, operated by KATERYNA MARTSENIUK KG, you agree to the following terms regarding digital goods and software usage:

1. Software Usage and Limitations

The software application provided is an unmanaged, non-custodial interface designed strictly to allow users to generate and hold private cryptographic keys locally on their own devices. KATERYNA MARTSENIUK KG does not offer additional financial services such as purchasing, selling, exchanging, or trading assets. The software is supplied "as-is" for the sole purpose of local cryptographic management.

2. Liability Limitation

KATERYNA MARTSENIUK KG is not liable for data or asset loss due to malware on the user's local machine, forgotten encryption passwords, or failure to properly safeguard recovery seed phrases offline.

3. License Terms

Software license keys (including Pro and Enterprise tiers) are granted on a subscription basis for the duration specified at checkout. Licenses are non-transferable and grant access to advanced local encryption features.
